Madaki Theophilus Danjuma is a Nigerian contemporary artist (1987) He specializes in figurative paintings. Madaki is a graduate of art from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. His works are largely inspired by the dark skin shades of African natives.
His beautiful and colorful figurative works highlight the beauty of the black skin Which is infused with a background of African arithmetic and also embellished with flowers that signify the growth and strength of the black race. He describes his works as authentic and bold. He aims to engage his audience with the root and beauty of black people's culture.
Madaki has participated in several exhibitions and Art competitions and had his first solo exhibition titled, the Root in 2021. His works are on display in various galleries at home and abroad.
